About the Fund

The Little Falls Education Foundation allows people to strengthen the community through a charitable contribution to benefit students of the school district. The advisory board is comprised of local volunteers who understand that strong, viable and inviting schools provide the basis for a growing community.

The Little Falls Education Foundation is a Partner Fund of the Initiative Foundation. As a program of the Initiative Foundation, all Little Falls Education Foundation contributions are professionally managed and stewarded for the benefit of the community now and long into the future.

The Little Falls Education Foundation is an endowment fund that will allow people to strengthen the community through a charitable contribution to benefit students of the school district. Its advisory board is comprised of local volunteers who understand that strong, viable and inviting schools provide the basis for a growing community.

Goals of the Fund

  • To build a permanent, flexible and dependable endowment fund that benefits the students of Little Falls Community Schools.
  • To serve donors and reward their generosity by helping them leave a love of lifelong learning
  • To provide leadership to address important school district needs or pursue new progressive opportunities.

Past Grants

  • Morrison County Food Shelf—General Operating Support: $1,000

The following grants were awarded to the Little Falls Community School District:

  • Functional Life Skills: $1,500
  • Games and Activities for Personalized Learning in Preschool: $1,500
  • Infinity Wall: $1,500
  • Snapmaker 2.0 Modular 3-in-1 3D Printer: $1,472
  • Middle School Fitness Room: $1,300
  • Preschool Playground: $1,500
